t1 frigates: decent t2 frigates: not exactly horrible, but not that good either t1 cruisers: pretty bad t2 cruisers: very good, Curse, Zealot and Pilgrim are all very decent ships battlecruisers: Harb and Oracle are both decent for pvp battleships...
